Be careful with what you expect life to give you, or what you expect or don't expect of yourself.
Your thoughts create your life, so get rid of the self deprecating, self limiting thoughts and dive into the scary space of imagining what life would be like if you didn't have them. These limits, however comfortable they are, confine us, and keep us stuck. And boy does it take courage to sit with yourself and ask, what would life be like if I didn't "have" to live here, if I didn't "have" to do this job, be this way, or think like this.
But sometimes, it's what we most need to do. To check in with ourselves and see where we are stuck. For when we do, we automatically expand our minds and our expectations. We then find space and infinite possibility to create a whole new life or one that we really WANT to live.
I share this idea not because it's a great concept, but it's one that I've used, and one that got me out of living a life completely unhappy and unhealthy, and redirected my internal compass towards a life that inspires me and fills my heart.
So be careful with your thoughts, goals, goals, ideas, expectations and intentions.
